Can the ShadowPay Card be replaced?

Yes — both virtual and physical.

• Virtual cards can be regenerated instantly

• Physical cards can be replaced if lost/stolen/damaged

Physical replacements may incur a small production + shipping fee.

If you suspect compromise:

1. Lock the card in your app

2. Enable ShadowLock Mode (panic freeze)

3. Request a replacement if needed
